The words and meaning of "frustrated" and "uncertainty"

In February 2022, the ordinary words "frustrated" and "uncertainty" have a more descriptive "state of mind" meaning.

The words "frustrated" and "uncertainty" describe a world that has been destroyed by the pandemic that has affected every nation.  The definition of the word "frustrated" is feeling or expressing distress and annoyance, especially because of inability to change or achieve something. The definition of the word "uncertainty" refers to epistemic situations involving imperfect or unknown information and applies to predictions of future events, to physical measurements that are already made, or to the unknown.
Are you "frustrated" that our elected leaders have decided they and they only know what is best regarding taking the "vaccine" or deciding "not to take the vaccine" and the "proper rules" of behavior regarding socialization at any given time.
Are parents in the USA "frustrated" and wake up daily with "uncertainty" as to the education of their children in the public school system even in "private schools" because the School administrator can and does determine what happens to our children's health and schooling?   Are you "frustrated" because elected leaders decide whether our children "must" wear masks and whether our children "must be vaccinated" even if a parent doesn't want their child to be vaccinated?
Are you frustrated that your elected leaders can choose not adhere to their own edicts about "social" behavior yet they can order you to obey?
Are you filled with "uncertainty" of what will happen next due to the drive of technology that will make our computers obsolete, our cars useless?
Are you "frustrated" and filled with "uncertainty" that our elected leaders can decide that we are no longer allowed to make our own decisions about our health and chose what we eat, and even mandate that we cannot feel warm because heating our premises involves fossil fuels?

Words and meanings are defining in these times of "uncertainty" and more important in this 21st century of daily "frustration."
