Two major 21st century words "power" and "court"

My research links do present the many aspects of the noun word "power."
The English pronunciation of the word itself has the implication of strength, and in the 21st century, the Wikipedia.org website covers this century's preoccupation with the social and political aspects of this word, however, the social meaning of the "power" does involve friendships and the involvement of two persons, whether a partnership, or of a more intimate nature, but when it comes to controlling the outcome, "power" is being in charge.
As for the word noun word "court" the many aspects of this word has an international connotation, too.  Cited as a verb, too, the noun word "court" is explained as such in the cambridge.org website, however, the definition of these two as noun words, "power" and "court" became the primary concern of the opposing political party, the Democrats, when the voters elected Donald J. Trump, 47th POTUS of the USA.
Running on the GOP ticket and according the promises made to the voters, the 47th POTUS has pushed the boundaries of the Executive branch of our Federal Republic to accomplish deportation of all criminals and any illegals who are a threat to our nation, birthright citizenship, and numerous Executive Orders, that mandate without a law enacted by Congress.  All of which brings questions to Federal courts that have been for the most part selectively answered, depending on the Judge's political persuasion.
Therefore, aspects about the definition of these most important words "power" and "court" in this 21st century affect our Federal Republic.
As it turns out my research proves the direction of our nation will determine where the "power" is,  either the Executive branch of government, or SCOTUS,  and fully defining these noun words "power" and "court" will be meaningful as measures of whether the voters got what they voted for.
