The noun word "arbitrage" defined in all forms

In the many years I have published this wordsplusmeanings.blogspot  I have never found another word that cannot be dictionary defined in all forms—but this noun and sometimes redefined as a verb "arbitrage" is not dictionary defined in all it's forms.
For instance, using the noun word "arbitrage" in the legal sense has no dictionary definition, however, wikipedia.org has a website that defines the word in a legal sense, namely explaining how Jurisdictional  "arbitrage" works in the legal context of determining the solution to issues that aren't necessarily voted upon by Congress.
And aria.law.columbia.edu offers a similar explanation that can be used as well, to define what can be accomplished with use of the courts.
Nonetheless, with the use of this noun word "arbitrage" in the manipulation of stocks and other forms of investments, there are many dictionary websites that define this noun word "arbitrage" in the sphere of such investments, I've also included the investment website forex.com, to illustrate that this noun word "arbitrage" is a legitimate investment vehicle.
Yet, in this era of political differences that need solutions, defining the noun word "arbitrage" insofar as the Jurisdictional, can clarify the unique legal thrust used by the Trump administration to elevate constitutional issues above law making, rather than the usual manner of enactment by the members of the duly elected voter authorized congress, instead to our Federal republic's system of established courts with a definitive decision by SCOTUS, that can perhaps be revisited in a less contentious way.
Also, it is not necessarily a precedent that can't be reversed.
