In the 21st century the meaning of the word "philosophical" leads to the word philosophy

 

     The attention to the word "philosophy" is what attaches to the "all" of our 21^st century culture, and the fact that the essence of the definition of "philosophy" is used in conjunction with a desirable outcome to express wisdom, gives the correct definition to whatever is the desired outcome.

     Of course the word "philosophy" embodies the best of the "philosophical" approaches to define the outcome that is expected to be the accepted norm.

     Oddly, definitions are what had interested the greatest minds for many centuries, and whatever the definition, a "philosophical" intent can be attached to the conceptual outcome, which connotes wisdom beyond all other things, however, there is an all encompassing special meaning to a definition that has a specified wisdom to impart whenever that particular word is used in a philosophical context.

     Nonetheless, the noun word "philosophy" can define a separate entity in itself.

     Thus, there is a "philosophy" of science, for instance, or pick any particular basic field in itself, whatever it is, there is a "philosophy" with a "philosophical" approach to define wisdom in that field of study.

     And the noun "philosophy" contributes to much of what the 21^st century cultural foundation is all about.

     My research has determined that I must keep the noun "philosophy" in mind whenever I access the currently accepted direction of where a country and its leaders are leading.

In 2023 the words "change" and "rule" have significant importance

 

There should be no doubt that the word "change" has a special meaning when this word is considered in "the name of climate change."  Especially when it is clear that "change" will make something completely different from what it was before "change" took place.

This is why this word "change" is important to the context of "climate change."

Yet the word "change" doesn't refer to what kind of "change," other than the "change will be different than what it was before."

The meaning of the word "change" suggests a puzzle of some sort must be solved.

Perhaps, that's why the word " change" was selected by the UN in 1992 and added to the subject of climate and a treaty was signed by 192 nations worldwide.

The other important word "rule" as it defined can be a "prescribed conduct."

And although a court ordered "rule" has specific text and guidelines, nonetheless, "rule" when considered in context with "climate change" has the US EPA enacting certain "rules" as defined to effect the climate. 

It is suggested the word "rule" offers a "solution."

The word "rule" also is "an accepted principle of instruction" that tells you want you can and cannot do.

In the context of "climate change" a "rule" has the effect to "prescribe" a solution.

Moreover, the EPA 2023 rules regarding "climate change" will afford a way to predetermine for the year 2023 and beyond, the problems that relate to the globe's  climate change."

However, as to whether the words "change" and "rule" will be the solution to the avoidence that leaders say will protect the planet, is in my opinion, is anyone's best guess.

In the 21st century comes the joining of 2 words "psychology" and "manipulate/manipulation"

 

The importance of knowing the meaning of words has become more than ever a necessary to interpret the news of the day.

You might ask, "Why should I care?"

Words are the means used to shape our point of view about everything we experience, what we see, what may be taking place in the world, how you are affected may be most important, all of this is told to us using words, and words in English shape even those who speak and talk in other languages.

Currently, the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand is the core if the English language, but some 88 countries and territories use English in their official communications.

For the meaning of the words "psychology" and "manipulate/manipulation" I found a natural joining of those words.

Especially when it comes to our point of view about the world's current events, reading or hearing about the world in which we live on a daily basis is the source of our perceptions about events, and the 21^st century means of communication is with words plus the visual.  When you are being manipulated to do something, the psychological manipulates your reaction, and when it comes to an election to change the direction of a country, there are sophisticated and specially trained individuals who appear as authority figures to advise a desired course of action.

Be wary, do your own spade work to understand the issues.
